Shipping & Delivery Policy

Current Processing days: We are only processing 2 days a week due to family health commitments. Thank you for your understanding.

Processing & Dispatch We process and dispatch orders Monday through Friday. All orders include tracking information sent to your email address, so you can monitor your parcel's journey to you.

Delivery Information

  • Standard delivery: 3-7 business days via Sendle Services
  • Authority to Leave (ATL): All parcels are marked for safe drop delivery

Delivery Requirements

  • Residential addresses: Please ensure your delivery location is secure, or someone is available to receive your parcel
  • PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers: Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to these locations due to courier services

Delivery Delays While we partner with Sendle for reliable delivery, occasional delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, or postal service disruptions. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Delivery Support Once your order is dispatched, tracking and delivery are managed by Sendle. If you experience any delivery issues, please contact us with your tracking number and we'll work with you to resolve the situation promptly.
