Suggested protocol

BATH: add 2-4 cups to a warm bath. Soak for a minimum of 20 minutes.

FOOT BATH: Use ½ cup in a foot spa for a relaxing foot soak.

SHOWER SCRUB: take a small handful, added to our liquid soap and gently scrub your body.
